About the Role

We are looking for a Project Lead/System Engineer to coordinate and drive activities within the Electromobility System Department. This role involves leading system design and project management efforts for electromobility solutions, ensuring smooth execution of technical projects and compliance with industry standards.

As a senior project coordinator, you will oversee engineering projects, system architecture, risk management, and resource allocation, working closely with cross‑functional teams. This position is a temporary cover for parental leave and offers a chance to contribute to key electrification initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Coordination & Leadership – Manage system development and engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery.
• System Design & Implementation – Define, develop, and refine electromobility system architectures.
• Project Planning & Execution – Oversee schedules, cost estimates, risk assessment, and progress tracking.
• Stakeholder Collaboration – Work with engineering teams, suppliers, and external partners to ensure successful project execution.
• Process Improvement – Contribute to refining engineering standards, specifications, and best practices.
• Mentorship & Guidance – Support and coach junior team members, reviewing their work and solving technical challenges.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in system design and project management, preferably in electromobility or automotive engineering.
• Strong knowledge of product development processes and systems engineering.
• Experience in project management methodologies, including scope, cost, schedule, and risk management.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision and handle complex problem-solving.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
