About this recruitment

We are recruiting 1 building caretaker and maintenance specialist for a client in Helsingborg, Sweden. The position is offered as a self‑employed assignment through Dolphin Group. 3‑month contract and with possible long term prolongation, if first contract works well.

Working hours and pay

40 hours per week (Monday to Friday). More work can from time to time be offered with longer work days or sometimes Saturday also.

€21/hour pre‑taxes (once approved by arrival test). During test period there is a compensation per hour for loss of time of €21/hour.

Swedish Self Employment recruitment (expected fiscal expenses 37% – depend on annual income level) alternative posted self‑employed from country of resident rules apply.

Qualifications

• Fair and communicative English or Polish (Note Polish candidates do not need English)
• Experience in mechanic skills with vehicles
• Experience in welding is a plus
• Experience in construction is a plus

Candidate profile

A multi-skilled maintenance professional comfortable taking full responsibility for property upkeep, renovation and preservation. Practically minded, physically fit, and able to work independently within a small team from Sweden, Poland or the Baltic states.

Tasks

The client are looking for a multi-skilled maintenance professional to take full responsibility for the upkeep, renovation, and preservation of their properties. This role is similar to the traditional Building Caretaker – a person who possesses a broad range of practical skills and takes pride in keeping an entire building in excellent condition.

Client

The workshop has 4‑5 people working simultaneously mainly from Sweden, Poland or the Baltic states.

Accommodation and Benefits

Accommodation follows Dolphin Group minimum standards (that includes WI‑FI 24/7). Accommodation based in Helsingborg area and it’s about 25 km between workshop and accommodation one‑way. Candidate will have access to a company car for travel. Bed cloth provided by client. Work cloth provided by client. Paid travel to and from country of origin at arrival and departure by Dolphin Group Company.
