McDermott International, Ltd invites an experienced Completions Lead to interpret complex business issues and guide completion activities across onshore projects. You will lead teams, leverage deep Completions expertise, and ensure alignment with project schedules and safety standards.

The Completions Lead is responsible for interpreting internal or external business issues and recommending best practices. They will be tasked with solving complex Completions related problems and will work independently with minimal guidance. The Completions Lead may be responsible for leading functional teams or projects and is regarded as a specialist in Completions. As such, they must have in-depth expertise in Completions as well as broad knowledge of the Completions discipline within the LCS East Commissioning function.
