Job summary

McDermott is seeking a Completions Coordinator to enhance the completions discipline across onshore projects. You will serve as a technical resource, guiding colleagues and applying best practices to deliver quality completion documents and plans.

In this role you will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, mentor junior specialists, and ensure compliance with API, ASME, and ISO standards while maintaining safe, efficient project execution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Petroleum Engineering or a related field.
• 5–7 years' experience in completions management for onshore construction projects in the EPCI industry.
• Strong knowledge of API, ASME, ANSI, ISO, and ASTM standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Experience with software programs for completion tracking and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and manage completion plans for onshore construction projects
• Ensure all completion activities comply with industry regulations and quality standards
• Coordinate with project teams to identify and resolve completion issues that may arise
• Liaise with clients and contractors to ensure timely delivery of completion documentation
• Supervise and mentor junior completion specialists in the team
