Job summary

g2 Recruitment is seeking an experienced Commissioning Lead to drive the commissioning of major industrial electrical installations in Sweden. You will lead complex testing, energisation, and handover activities, coordinating across engineering, construction, vendors and end clients to ensure on-time delivery.

You will manage interfaces, plan and report progress, and promote safe, compliant execution while solving technical issues throughout project delivery.

Qualifications

• Previous Commissioning Lead/Manager experience in large infrastructure projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and multi-disciplinary coordination.
• Experience with MV/LV electrical systems and related facilities is a plus.

We’re currently supporting a major industrial infrastructure project in Sweden and are looking to speak with experienced Commissioning Leads.

This role will involve leading commissioning activities across large-scale electrical and industrial installations, coordinating stakeholders, managing technical interfaces, and ensuring successful project delivery through testing, energisation, and handover phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate commissioning activities across complex infrastructure projects
• Manage interfaces between engineering, construction, vendors, subcontractors and end clients
• Support commissioning planning, reporting, scheduling and progress tracking
• Oversee testing, energisation and handover activities
• Drive safe, compliant and efficient project execution
• Resolve technical issues and provide commissioning leadership throughout project delivery

Desired Background
