Job summary

g2 Recruitment is seeking an experienced Commissioning Lead to drive the commissioning of major industrial electrical installations in Sweden. You will lead complex testing, energisation, and handover activities, coordinating across engineering, construction, vendors and end clients to ensure on-time delivery.

You will manage interfaces, plan and report progress, and promote safe, compliant execution while solving technical issues throughout project delivery.

Qualifications

• Previous Commissioning Lead/Manager experience in large infrastructure projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and multi-disciplinary coordination.
• Experience with MV/LV electrical systems and related facilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead commissioning activities across complex electrical/infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate interfaces between engineering, construction, vendors, subcontractors and clients.
• Support commissioning planning, reporting, scheduling and progress tracking.
• Oversee testing, energisation and handover activities.
• Drive safe, compliant and efficient project execution.
• Resolve technical issues and provide commissioning leadership throughout delivery.
