Job summary

Pricer is seeking a commercially minded Business Controller to join their Stockholm-based team. You will combine financial analysis with a strong business perspective across multiple markets, focusing on COGS, margins and profitability.

You will work closely with Sales and Operations to translate data into actionable insights and drive improvements. The role involves budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis and establishing KPIs and tools for effective management.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Control or a similar role.
• Experience in retail or product-oriented business is advantageous.
• Strong Excel skills and solid understanding of ERP/financial systems.
• Excellent Swedish and English written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive budgeting and forecasting processes with KPI analysis.
• Analyze COGS, margins and profitability; identify drivers, trends, risks and opportunities.
• Act as a business partner; provide financial insights for decision-making.
• Develop and monitor KPIs and follow-up areas for analysis.
• Prepare and present financial insights to stakeholders; drive reporting improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations to optimize business performance.
