Job summary

Redeploy is seeking a Cloud Ops Engineer to join our Operations team. You will maintain and improve enterprise cloud platforms across Azure and AWS, ensuring stability, security and well-structured environments.

You will monitor live environments, troubleshoot incidents, and perform updates in a controlled manner while contributing to automation and IaC projects. Fluency in Swedish and English is essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Cloud Operations, DevOps or a similar role.
• Experience operating environments in Azure or AWS, preferably both.
• Working knowledge of Infrastructure as Code, ideally Terraform.
• Familiarity with containers and orchestration: Docker and Kubernetes.
• Scripting skills in Bash, PowerShell or Python.
• Understanding of monitoring, logging, metrics and tracing.
• Active user of AI-assisted tools such as Claude Code, Codex or similar.
• Fluency in Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and troubleshoot live environments, ensuring stability and security.
• Resolve incidents and perform updates and changes safely and controlled.
• Lead root cause analysis when needed and drive automation improvements.
• Collaborate with the Redeploy team and act as escalation point for complex issues.
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule with additional compensation and leave afterward.
