You'll have end-to-end ownership of our AWS platform while mentoring product teams to enhance their self-sufficiency. Qualifications

• Several years of experience working with cloud infrastructure.
• Strong technical expertise within the AWS ecosystem and related operations tooling.
• Proven background in system observability, infrastructure‑as‑code, and incident mitigation.
• Experience working in high‑growth Fintech, banking, or similar regulated financial environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the central AWS platform architecture, ensuring alignment with best practices.
• Mentor product engineers through troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Implement prioritized platform upgrades to maintain system availability.
• Manage incidents within the core platform as a senior technical resource.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical scope and manage expectations.
