What you’ll do

As a Cloud Ops Engineer, you will be part of our Operations team, which takes long‑term responsibility for keeping our customers’ cloud platforms stable, secure and well‑structured. You’ll work hands‑on to maintain and improve these environments and ensure that the service levels we commit to are met.

Your day‑to‑day work includes monitoring and troubleshooting live environments, resolving incidents and carrying out updates and changes in a safe and controlled way. You also look beyond the immediate issue by leading root‑cause analysis when needed and using automation and Infrastructure as Code to make operations more reliable and efficient over time.

You’ll collaborate closely with your teammates at Redeploy rather than sitting on‑site with customers, and you may act as a point of escalation when more complex situations arise. The role also includes taking part in our rotating on‑call schedule one week at a time, with additional compensation and one day of leave afterwards.

What you bring

• Hands‑on experience in Cloud Operations, DevOps or a similar role
• Experience operating environments in Azure or AWS, preferably both
• Working knowledge of Infrastructure as Code, ideally Terraform
• Familiarity with containers and orchestration: Docker and Kubernetes
• Scripting skills in Bash, PowerShell or Python
• Understanding of monitoring, logging, metrics and tracing
• Active user of AI‑assisted tools such as Claude Code, Codex or similar
• Fluency in Swedish and English
• Strong plus: CI/CD experience, security and compliance awareness, relevant cloud certifications, background in regulated industries
