Tandem Health is seeking a mission-driven professional for its Global Medical Operations team. This remote role is based in Greece, with occasional travel to Stockholm and clinicians nationwide to roll out Tandem’s AI clinical operating system.

You’ll interact with executives, medical leaders, and frontline clinicians to tailor workflows, onboard new organisations, and capture feedback that shapes product development. A high-impact, globally visible position awaits.

Qualifications

• Clinical experience across healthcare settings (general practice, hospital, or private practice).
• Strong communication skills suitable for executives, clinicians, and engineers.
• Ownership mindset and proactive problem solving in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and support global deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead live product demos for prospective clients and support global commercial efforts.
• Design and adapt workflows and templates for diverse markets and large-scale customers.
• Partner with product, engineering, and commercial teams to deliver smooth rollouts.
• Represent Tandem at international conferences and events.
• Guide clinicians through onboarding, training, and day-to-day support.
• Troubleshoot issues to maximise clinician value from Tandem.
• Build templates and prompts for Tandem’s AI assistant evolution.
• Manage clinical safety incidents and optimise operations for safe scaling.
