Job summary

International Data Centre Contractor in Sweden seeks an experienced Civils Foreman to supervise day-to-day civil works on a major data centre project. You will coordinate groundworks, drainage, concrete and related packages, and manage subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

You must have proven civil supervision experience, strong site coordination skills, and a solid understanding of health & safety and drawings.

Qualifications

• Must have previous experience as a Civils Foreman, Civil Supervisor or similar.
• Proven experience managing civil works on large construction projects.
• Strong experience coordinating subcontractors and site crews.
• Good knowledge of Health & Safety, drawings and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day to day civil works on site.
• Coordinate groundworks, drainage, concrete and associated civil packages.
• Manage subcontractors and monitor productivity.
• Drive works in line with the construction programme.
• Maintain high Health & Safety and quality standards.
• Review drawings and coordinate works with engineering teams.
• Report progress and flag programme or site issues early.
