Job summary

ULTEUM seeks an experienced Civil Supervisor to oversee large-scale infrastructure projects in Sweden and Finland. You will lead on-site activities, coordinate subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering degree with 5–10 years of infra project experience, including railway works, and is able to mobilise across EU locations without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5–10 years' experience in civil construction, with proven experience on large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Railway construction experience essential (track works, earthworks, structures, or associated civil infrastructure).
• Strong knowledge of earthworks, foundations, reinforced concrete, and associated civil works.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and multidisciplinary site teams.
• Solid understanding of HSE, quality, and technical compliance requirements.
• Must hold unrestricted work authorisation for EU project locations and be able to mobilise across EU member states without additional sponsorship or visa processing
