Job summary

Cemvision AB, a Swedish climate-tech company, is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist in Stockholm to lead strategic sourcing, circular feedstock development, and multimodal logistics for large CapEx projects across Europe. You will drive supplier due diligence, ESG scoring, and data-driven planning within a fast-moving, early-stage environment.

The role reports to the Chief Expansion Officer and requires a degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, with English fluency and Swedish

Qualifications

• Academic background in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• English proficiency required; Swedish language skills are highly desirable.
• Ability to translate complex ideas clearly across diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Strategic sourcing: identify, evaluate, and qualify supply sources; assist in bids and contracts.
• Circular resource scouting: identify circular by-products and waste streams beyond conventional materials.
• Raw material coordination: manage inbound material flows to keep operations running.
• Outbound logistics management: multimodal dispatch to construction sites and plants.
• Supply chain modelling: build digital models to test scenarios and support decisions.
• Operating model design: refine workflows, KPIs, and governance across teams.
• Systems ownership: manage master data and drive real-time inventory visibility.
