Job summary

Grieg Connect is seeking a Chief Technology Officer to lead all engineering across the Nordics, unify teams, and set the tech direction for the next growth chapter.

You will own architecture and platform modernization, drive AI across products and internal processes, and partner with the product organization to shape strategy. Regular travel between Nordic sites and a bold, hands-on leadership style are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading SaaS engineering teams, with a track record of unifying multiple teams.
• Ability to set technical direction and earn respect of engineers without coding supremacy.
• Experience driving cloud architecture, platform modernization, security and reliability.
• Experience integrating teams through M&A is a plus.
• Genuinely curious about AI and how to apply it at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead and unify all engineering teams across Nordic sites.
• Own technology strategy and target architecture across products.
• Drive AI to the top of our products and workflows.
• Shape product strategy in partnership with the product organisation.
• Strengthen infrastructure, reliability and security with measurable commitments.
