Job summary

TRATON Financial Services is seeking a Regional Internal Control System (ICS) Manager for Northern Europe. Based in an international setting, you will manage ICs activities for multiple BUs and contribute to the ongoing development of the Internal Control Framework across the region.

The role reports to the Global ICs Manager and collaborates with regional offices, ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements and supporting process owners in control design and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• COSO framework knowledge and internal control methodologies.
• Strong English communication skills, written and spoken.
• Experience in external audit, internal audit, or internal controls.
• Experience in multinational and/or regulated organizations is beneficial.
• Financial services industry experience considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and consolidate yearly risk assessments for Business Units.
• Conduct process walkthroughs, control testing and self-assessments.
• Assist design and update of controls for risk mitigation.
• Maintain ICs data in the dedicated tool and coordinate with Head Office.
• Monitor deficiencies and remediation activities; ensure timely closure.
• Prepare ICs reporting at BU, regional, and head office levels.
