Job summary

Saab is seeking an experienced strategic leader to own and develop Property Development & Excellence within Group Property. You will drive development, standardisation and governance of capabilities, expert functions, digital solutions and support structures across sites and regions.

As the link between leadership, IT, Procurement, suppliers and regional delivery organisations, you will shape the development agenda, lead digitalisation and automation, strengthen expert capabilities and promote

Qualifications

Experience leading Property, Facilities Management or related domains with strategic impact.
Ability to translate strategy into governance, standards and effective ways of working.
Proven track record in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the Property Development & Excellence function with line management.
Align Group Property strategy with Saab’s overall objectives.
Own development agenda, governance, standards and ways of working.
Ensure alignment between expert functions, digital capabilities and support structures.
Drive digitalisation and automation, including systems, reporting and processes.
Develop expert capabilities in Hard FM, Soft FM, Workplace Experience, Energy and Sustainability.
Establish common service models, standards and best practices across regions.
Provide efficient admin support, documentation and system support.
Drive quality, compliance, knowledge sharing and onboarding across Group Property.
Monitor market trends and drive innovation to enhance services and user experience.
