Job summary

Techrytera AB is seeking a Local Change Lead to drive a SAP implementation. The assignment requires on-site presence four days per week and close collaboration with stakeholders across the organisation and the transformation programme.

You will assess the impact of upcoming changes on the business, plan local change activities, coordinate training, support managers, and manage local communications. You will monitor readiness, identify risks, escalate where needed, and convert central guidance

Qualifications

• Experience in change management, project coordination, communication, training coordination, or operational leadership.
• Structured and communicative with the ability to work with stakeholders at different levels.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP implementations is a plus.
• Ability to drive engagement, lead coordination efforts and support people through change.

Job Description

We are looking for a Local Change Lead to contribute to an SAP implementation. The assignment requires on-site presence four days per week and involves working closely with relevant stakeholders across the organisation and transformation programme.

You will assess the impact of the upcoming changes on the business and contribute to planning the local change activities needed. This includes coordinating training activities, supporting managers, engaging relevant stakeholders and managing communication at a local level. You will also monitor organisational readiness and identify risks or barriers that could affect adoption, escalating them when required. Guidance from the central transformation programme will need to be converted into practical local actions.

Qualifications:

• Experience in change management, project coordination, communication, training coordination or operational leadership.

• Structured and communicative, with the ability to work comfortably with stakeholders at different organisational levels.

• Experience with SAP or other ERP implementations is considered an advantage.

• Ability to create engagement, lead coordination efforts and support people through change.
