You will drive change management across the SAP/ERP transformation, conduct stakeholder analyses, plan communications, facilitate workshops, coordinate trainings, and support business readiness and Go Live.

Qualificações

• Experience in change management (OCM)
• Experience from large transformation projects
• Good understanding of SAP or ERP systems
• Strong communication skills
• Fluent in English; Swedish is meritorious
