Job summary

Avantor in Mölndal, Sweden, is seeking a meticulous Cell Bank Coordinator to manage inventory accuracy and ensure material availability for manufacturing and supply chain operations.

You will collaborate across Operations, Supply Chain and Purchasing to align production schedules with stock levels, investigate discrepancies, and drive data quality and continuous improvement in inventory processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Life Sciences, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, supply chain, manufacturing support, or a similar environment.
• Experience working with ERP systems and inventory management processes.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Proficiency in both Swedish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing inventory-related activities and ensuring material availability for production and operational needs.
• Reviewing inventory levels and proactively resolving issues in planning and supply chain.
• Confirming production orders and monitoring schedules for timely execution.
• Investigating and reconciling inventory discrepancies related to production materials.
