Job summary

RAJA Group is a European leader in multichannel distribution of business supplies and equipment, with 2 million customers served across 19 countries. We invite a skilled Purchaser to join our Landvetter team, reporting to the Purchasing Manager to drive cost efficiency and supplier performance.

You will lead negotiations, build strategic supplier relationships, source new partners, and conduct market analyses while collaborating with Supply Chain, Product, Sales and Quality teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Purchasing, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 5–6 years of experience in purchasing or a similar role.
• Fluency in English; Swedish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier negotiations on prices, terms and commercial agreements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic suppliers.
• Identify and source new suppliers to support growth.
• Conduct market analyses and manage RFQ processes.
• Support category and product range development.
• Monitor supplier quality and manage claims when required.

Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, you will be responsible for managing purchasing activities within assigned product categories, ensuring cost efficiency, quality, supplier performance and alignment with Group purchasing strategies.
Your main responsibilities

• Lead supplier negotiations on prices, terms and commercial agreements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic suppliers.
• Identify and source new suppliers to support business growth.
• Conduct market analyses and manage RFQ processes.
• Support category and product range development.
• Monitor supplier quality and manage claims when required.
• Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Product, Sales and Quality teams.
• Contribute to sustainability and continuous improvement initiatives across the purchasing function.

Profile required

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 5–6 years of experience in purchasing or a similar role.
