Job summary

Justera Group is seeking an experienced Business Solution Engineer Expert (SME) with deep CAD routing and engineering product definition expertise. You will guide end users, translate requirements, and shape application development while maintaining engineering standards and training content.

The role requires collaboration with engineering, IT, and business teams to improve productivity, adopt solutions, and deliver impactful results in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as an end user of engineering design and product definition systems.
• Strong knowledge of CAD routing methodologies and engineering workflows.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Experience creating technical documentation, engineering standards, and training content.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with engineering, business, and IT teams.
• Experience with Creo Parametric, CATIA V5, Windchill, KOLA, Siemens Capital Harness, and Saber EDB.

• Serve as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for CAD routing and related engineering applications.
• Partner closely with end users to understand challenges, identify pain points, and recommend process improvements.
• Provide functional expertise and business requirements to support application development and enhancements.
• Ensure engineering methods, standards, and best practices remain current and aligned with business needs.
• Develop, update, and maintain engineering methods and process documentation.
• Create user guides, training materials, and knowledge documentation.
• Deliver training sessions for end users as well as train‑the‑trainer programs.
• Act as the go‑to expert for application‑related questions, troubleshooting, and functional support.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve engineering productivity and solution adoption.
