Electrolux Group in Stockholm is seeking a seasoned Business Controller to drive financial performance for the Nordic region. You will partner with Commercial and Product Line teams to translate data into actionable insights and support decision making across budgeting, forecasting and reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business controlling or financial analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights.
• Advanced Excel skills with financial modeling experience.
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI) is a strong advantage.
• Fluent in English with proactive, structured mindset.

Responsabilités

• Support CA North financial planning and reporting including budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reviews.
• Connect financial performance with business insight for Product Line and commercial teams.
• Evaluate business cases, pricing improvements, and investments with sales partners.
• Assist monthly forecasting and improve forecast accuracy with risk signaling.
• Support price negotiations with Pricing teams and set sales bonus targets.

About the role:

We are looking for a Business Controller for the Nordic Region to support key commercial channels. The role will focus on driving financial performance, supporting decision‑making, and improving business predictability through strong analytical insights and close collaboration with both Commercial and Product Line teams. The Business Controller will be part of an international team of three controllers, reporting directly to the Controlling Director, CA North, while also serving as a business partner to a Channel Director.

Key responsibilities:

• Support CA North financial planning and reporting processes, including budgeting, forecasting, business planning, and monthly performance reviews, ensuring high-quality insights and recommendations to support strategic and operational decision‑making
• Support to Product Line & commercial teams connecting financial performance with business insight
• Business case evaluations, pricing improvements, and investment decisions acting as a business partner to sales teams
• Support monthly forecasting processes and improve forecast accuracy with clear risk and opportunity signaling
• Support price negotiations and work closely with Pricing teams on planning and execution
• Set sales bonus targets including follow-ups during the year

Qualifications and requirements:

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business controlling or financial analysis
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial models
• Experience working with BI tools (e.g., Power BI) is a strong advantage
• Fluent in English, daily work is mostly conducted in English.
• Proactive, structured, and business‑oriented mindset.
• Highly self‑driven professional with the ability to work independently, take ownership of priorities, and proactively drive initiatives with limited supervision.
