JD: Business analyst Key Skills and Experiences

• 3+ years of hands-on experience working with requirements and design to deliver complex data solutions.
• Preferably background from Banking, with understanding of bank data and data delivery in a regulated environment
• Very good communication and presentation skills (both written and oral) with proven ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams and drive discussions with architects and engineers to jointly design solutions and solve problems
• Has experience from working with data related topics such as data sourcing, transformation rules, data quality rules, data privacy considerations and data delivery agreements.
• Can take on and independently drive their own subset of activities
• Experience from testing and quality assuring data deliveries
• Quick to grasp new concepts, fast learning curve will be needed
