The Business Analyst Consultant will contribute to projects and programs, primarily focusing on process and functional skills, often connected to IT solutions and process & IT implementation. This role encompasses all project phases, from pre‑studies to the implementation of change, while providing process and functional expertise as well as best practices.

• Manage projects and processes independently, working with limited supervision.
• Coach and review the work of lower‑level professionals, fostering their development.
• Apply advanced knowledge of business consulting, typically obtained through education and extensive work experience.
• Address complex problems and develop innovative solutions to improve processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop appropriate solutions.
