Business Analyst / Platform Functional Consultant

We are now looking for a Business Analyst / Platform Functional Consultant to join our team in Stockholm and Bangalore to help our customers in their journey to be agile.

As a Business Analyst, you will be part of our Functional Team, provide solutions to our customers, help them onboard, and manage their growth on the platform.

Your Skills and abilities will include:

• 5+ years of being part of a back-office in a financial institution, or with service providers to financial institutions in India and/or in the Nordics, with a good understanding of systems and processes - preferably from a bank/financial institution that focuses on Retail/SME customers.
• Very good grasp of configurable systems and solutions and the ability to understand systems from a functional and process point of view.
• Document and map end Customer Journeys, author requirement specifications, and provide a complete solution for our customers.
• Ability to coordinate with the delivery team and prioritize actions keeping both project mandate and delivery schedules in mind.
• You have a basic knowledge of SQL and a willingness to learn more.
• A keen understanding and an interest in the financial services market in the Nordics is a plus.
• Ability to manage service delivery with an approach to cross and up sell value to customers.
