6 positions available. After passing the arrival test period, a 6-month contract followed with a possible long-term contract.

About this recruitment

We are recruiting 6 auto body repairers for a new client – a family‑operated, fully equipped bodywork facility in Kristianstad, southern Sweden, authorized for Volkswagen, SEAT and Skoda. The positions are offered as self‑employed assignments through Dolphin Group.

Working hours and pay

40 hours/week with occasional overtime available.

Depending on the skills level

A. Well‑experienced professional with more than a handful of years documented in the profession. The person can manage given tasks without much supervision:
Rate 23 Euro/hour.

B. Less experienced professional with some previous experience. The person is expected to need more supervision from another professional to handle given tasks:
Rate 21 Euro/hour.

Swedish Self Employment recruitment (expected fiscal expenses 37% – depend on annual income level) alternative posted self‑employed from country of resident rules apply. Posted self‑employment model also work – special condition apply, including that person need to have a business registered with activity and VAT and country of residence and hold valid certificate A1 from social security authority.

Qualifications

• Perform repairs on all types of sheet metal damage.
• Carry out bodywork and structural repairs, including frame bench operations.
• Replace spare parts and perform alignments.
• Conduct various sheet metal and bodywork tasks with precision and efficiency.
• Work independently with responsibility for planning and execution of tasks.

Candidate profile

A male or female/ couple person who have previously worked professionally with auto painting and auto repairs. The candidate have previously worked in another established workshop with a team of other staff who do the same profession.

CV assessment

Assessment is done from CV in English, followed by a possible online interview.

Regular contract

If approved after the test period, a 6‑month contract commences, with possibility of long‑term extension.

Tasks

Workshop: We are looking for an Auto Body Repairer / Damage Technician to best meet our customers’ needs and strengthen our team. Ideally, you have experience in auto body repair, preferably with a formal education in the trade, or you have a strong interest in the profession combined with some practical experience.

It is an advantage if you have previously worked as an auto body repairer at a collision repair workshop. You are thorough, responsible, patient, and have a good sense of form and detail. You enjoy working independently but are also a natural team player.

Equipment: They use original parts from car manufacturers and are equipped with various welding units approved by car manufacturers for specific models. The workshop also features the market‑leading Car‑O‑Liner alignment system, with three alignment benches, and is equipped to work with all common materials, including aluminum.

Family operated, well established and fully equipped auto repair facility. authorized service for Volkswagen, SEAT, and Skoda cars.

Accommodation

Accommodation follows Dolphin Group minimum standards. Accommodation in shared housing, located within walking distance of the workplace, (that includes WI‑FI 24/7, own bedroom.

Bed cloth NOT provided by client. Work cloth provided by client.

Paid travel to and from country of origin at arrival and departure by Dolphin Group Company.
