Job summary

BEREDSKAPSLYFTET IDEELL FÖREN in Gothenburg is recruiting flexible Breakfast Staff – Waiter / Dishwasher for a hotel chain’s breakfast service. You will welcome guests, set up the dining area and maintain a clean, efficient service during peak times.

The role offers early-morning shifts on an as-needed basis, with the chance to view and pick shifts via the hotel group’s staff app. You’ll work across stations, maintain high service levels, and enjoy an inclusive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide friendly service during breakfast
• Prepare the dining area before and during breakfast service

• Keep the dishwashing area clean and organised

Requirements

• Basic understanding of Swedish and ability to follow simple instructions
• Upper-intermediate working proficiency in English and ability to handle most job-related communication independently
• You enjoy working with people and can handle different situations with different types of guests
• Ability to work at a high pace and prioritise tasks effectively
• Ability to work early mornings
• Flexibility to work at different stations within the breakfast service
• Basic knowledge of preparing simple dishes is an advantage

• You are organised and keep good order around you
• You work well in a team and communicate clearly with colleagues

This position is part of a project that is co-funded by the European Union through the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF).
