Job summary

What you’ll do:

• Accurately recording customer orders, including any special requests or dietary restrictions, and ensuring they are communicated correctly to the kitchen staff.
• Delivering food and drinks to the table promptly, ensuring they are served at the correct temperature, and checking that everything is to the customer’s satisfaction.
• Providing attentive and friendly service, addressing customer questions or concerns, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Keep good communication with the immediate manager and the rest of the team.
