Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading software development teams.
• Experience managing direct reports and performance reviews.
• Proven track record building, developing, and motivating teams.
• Experience delivering complex software products in Agile environments.
• Strong technical foundation with interest in modern software technologies and AI-assisted development.
• Experience developing customer-facing applications with focus on UX.
• Ability to influence technical decisions across teams.
• Excellent planning, prioritization, and stakeholder management.
• Fluency in Swedish and English; strong written and verbal communication.
