Schneider Electric in Lund, Sweden, is seeking a Team Manager to lead the Building Management Systems (BMS) software team. You will shape technical strategy, drive product roadmaps, and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and execution across global colleagues.

You will coach engineers, manage performance, and collaborate with Product Management, Architects, and other functions to deliver scalable, secure, user-centric building solutions while positioning the organisation for broader

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Software Engineering, CS or related field.
Minimum 5 years leading software development teams.
Experience with agile software delivery.
Proven track record of building high-performing teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Fluency in Swedish and English.
