Job summary

Maxitech, an IT and technology consulting company, seeks a skilled BMC Remedy/Helix Specialist for a long-term assignment in Stockholm. You will manage daily administration, operation, maintenance and improvements of an ITSM platform, ensure stability, troubleshoot issues, and translate business needs into effective configurations.

We offer permanent employment from day one or a subcontractor option, with hybrid work (up to 25% remote). Start date is ASAP, subject to background checks.

Qualifications

• At least two years of hands-on experience administering and configuring BMC Remedy or BMC Helix.
• Good understanding of ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
• Experience troubleshooting and supporting business-critical systems.
• Good communication skills in English.

BMC Remedy / Helix Specialist - ITSM Consultant

About the role

Are you an experienced BMC Remedy or BMC Helix Specialist with a passion for IT Service Management? We are currently looking for a skilled consultant to join an exciting assignment at one of our clients, an established company in the telecommunications industry, based in Stockholm.

In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for the daily administration, operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of a business-critical ITSM platform. You will ensure system stability, troubleshoot technical issues, and work closely with internal stakeholders and external support partners to translate business needs into effective solutions.

Your responsibilities

Your profile

We are looking for a proactive, structured, and solution-oriented professional with strong hands-on experience in BMC Remedy or BMC Helix. You enjoy troubleshooting, improving systems, and collaborating with stakeholders. Most importantly, you have practical experience operating and maintaining the platform and can take ownership of technical challenges.

Required Qualifications

• At least two years of hands-on experience administering and configuring BMC Remedy or BMC Helix, preferably three years or more.
• Good understanding of ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
• Experience troubleshooting and supporting business-critical systems.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
• Experience collaborating with external vendors and support organizations.
• Good communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ITIL-based processes and practices.
• Experience integrating BMC Remedy/Helix with other systems.
• Experience working in large-scale ITSM environments with multiple users and stakeholders.
• Good communication skills in Swedish.
