Accenture Nordics is seeking engineers with strong BMC Helix experience to design, implement and operate complex IT environments in the Nordics. The role focuses on ITSM, CMDB and AIOps, with opportunities to extend into automation, AI-enabled operations and platform engineering across large enterprises.
You will work closely with clients to build, improve and run Helix solutions, handle integrations, and ensure data quality and reliability in multi-tenant environments.
Do you know BMC Helix or Remedy inside out, whether that is ITSM, CMDB & Discovery, or Operations Management? Or have you built deep expertise in one part of the platform and want to broaden from there?
We are growing our BMC Helix capability in the Nordics and looking for engineers who want to work with large, complex IT environments while developing their expertise in modern IT operations, observability, automation and AI.
You will help clients build, improve and run BMC Helix solutions in complex enterprise environments, working directly with client teams. Depending on your experience and interests, your work could include:
We would particularly like to hear from you if you have:
Grow your BMC expertise. Whether you want to go deeper into Helix, broaden into observability and automation, or grow towards architecture and technical leadership, you will have opportunities to shape where you develop next. You will have access to Accenture learning, training and certification opportunities across BMC Helix and the technologies around it.
Work beyond one technology. BMC is at the centre of this role, but it does not have to define the rest of your career. You will work alongside specialists in infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity and operations, with Accenture's global BMC community to draw on. You will have opportunities to build skills in observability, automation and other adjacent technologies.
Work on business-critical environments. You will work with large enterprise platforms and mission-critical services where reliability, automation and operational efficiency genuinely matter.
Help shape what comes next. You will have the opportunity not only to deliver solutions, but also to help shape how our BMC work develops in the Nordics.
Benefits that support you. Competitive salary and bonus, health insurance, and an employee stock purchase programme. You will get four weeks of paid leave in your first summer with us, so you do not have to wait to earn proper time off. Flexible working, support for combining work and family life, and active support for mental health help you keep a good balance.
The position is based in Stockholm, Malmö or Gothenburg in Sweden, or Helsinki in Finland, and English is our working language.
The role involves client work that requires security clearance, which we handle as part of the hiring and staffing processes. To be eligible, you need to have lived in Sweden or Finland, depending on the position location, for at least three years, and have the right to work in the relevant country.
