Job summary

Infrassocs Limited in Stockholm is seeking a Structured Finance Associate to help originate, structure and execute debt and equity for BESS investments. You will work closely with internal teams, lenders and investors to advance transactions from initial concept through to close.

The role requires strong financial modelling, a hands-on approach to deal execution and the ability to manage multiple workstreams independently while coaching junior colleagues.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in financing or investment roles.
• Strong financial modelling and analysis.
• Familiar with financing documentation and processes.
• Experience presenting to senior stakeholders and investment committees.

Responsibilities

• Origination, structuring and financing execution for debt and equity for BESS investments.
• Lender and investor management, reporting, covenant testing and post-close activities.
• Transaction support; negotiation and structuring of project documents (tolling, construction, operational agreements).
• Leading and supporting due diligence processes.
• Coaching junior team members.
