Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant experience from investment banking, leveraged finance, private credit, or similar roles.
• Solid credit and accounting fundamentals.
• Confident financial modelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite prospective transactions by building financial models.
• Prepare investment memos and present to the Investment Committee.
• Support origination through outreach and relationship building.
• Contribute to term sheets, structuring and negotiation.
• Monitor the portfolio post-close.
