The role emphasizes analysis, problem solving, and data-driven decision making in a fast-paced, international environment within Volvo Cars' Battery Department.

Qualifications

• MSc in Mechanical, Electrical, or Materials Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in Quality Engineering, ideally in automotive or battery development.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC, 8D, SPC, APQP and PPAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate FMEA for battery cell products.
• Drive root cause analyses and problem-solving with structured methods.
• Define and track corrective/preventive actions and lessons learned.
