Responsibilities

• Evaluation and Analysis:
  • Conduct evaluation and analysis of battery cells and modules as part of the Energy Storage System (ESS), in collaboration with the Battery Cell and Module Technology team and testing facilities.
• Team Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with highly skilled battery cell and module experts and test engineers to improve existing test methods and develop new ones for effective verification of battery performance over its lifetime.
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment around cell and module evaluation with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Supplier Engagement:
  • Work with current and potential future suppliers to secure a competitive and high-quality battery system.
• Strategic Thinking:
  • Maintain a holistic view and strategic mindset to address global needs effectively.
