Basta — Västerås is inviting you to join our lively bar team. As a Bartender, you’ll craft cocktails, wine and drinks with consistency and care while contributing to Basta’s energetic atmosphere. You’ll collaborate with floor and management to keep service smooth and welcoming.

The Role

As Bartender, you will prepare drinks with consistency, confidence and care while helping create the lively, generous atmosphere Basta is known for. You will work closely with the floor and management teams to keep service smooth, organized and full of personality.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing cocktails, wines and drinks according to Basta standards.
• Delivering friendly, confident and engaging bar service.
• Keeping the bar clean, organized and ready for busy service.
• Supporting the floor team when needed to create a seamless guest experience.
• Managing stock, garnishes and bar preparation before and during service.
• Following hygiene, alcohol service and safety standards at all times.
