• Preparing cocktails, wines and drinks to Basta standards.
• Delivering friendly, confident bar service.
• Keeping the bar clean, organized and ready for service.
• Supporting the floor team to create a seamless guest experience.
• Managing stock, garnishes and bar prep during service.
• Following hygiene, alcohol service and safety standards.
