Job summary

Telia is seeking a Backend Developer to join our Ingest Platform & Integrations team in Sweden. You’ll grow with a supportive, forward-thinking unit focused on reliable integrations and cloud-based solutions enabling secure content delivery across Telia’s platforms.

You will develop and maintain integrations, improve observability and security, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement practical improvements.

Qualifications

• TypeScript and Node.js experience, ideally in a monorepo with pnpm and Turborepo.
• Strong knowledge of AWS services, IaC, Terraform and AWS CDK.
• Experience with event-driven architectures, REST APIs, HTTP integrations, and JSON/XML at scale; fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support integrations by adapting external providers' metadata formats to internal standards and maintaining existing integrations as requirements evolve.
• Create solutions that improve platform observability, resilience, monitoring, and security compliance.
• Consult with stakeholders to gather requirements, propose technical solutions, and implement improvements that solve real operational challenges.
• Manage and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code practices and modern engineering tools.
