Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science or comparable industry experience.
• Strong backend development experience.
• Practical experience with LLMs and AI APIs.
• Experience or strong interest in prompt engineering and agent design.
• Understanding of performance optimization and cost-aware system design.
• Passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI agents for search and product discovery.
• Work with prompt engineering and continuous optimization.
• Contribute to architecture discussions and long-term technical direction.
• Write production-grade code and monitor performance.
