Job summary

Voyado is hiring for a Discovery Agent Experience role in Lund, combining backend development, AI engineering, and product innovation. You’ll design and orchestrate AI agents, refine prompts, and integrate LLMs with our search engine to deliver scalable discovery experiences.

You will shape architectural decisions, prototype ideas, and drive performance optimization while collaborating across teams to balance product-market-fit with go-to-market considerations.

Qualifications

• Master of Science in Engineering or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Strong programming skills and understanding of data structures.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI agents for search and product discovery using Java and/or Python.
• Map agent logic to existing search infrastructure and optimize latency and cost.
