Job summary

Voi Technology AB in Sweden is seeking an experienced AI Engineer to own and scale our AI platform and in-house app-building stack. You will work in a small, senior team, influencing architecture and delivering secure, reliable backend services used by dozens of teams.

You should have hands-on experience with LLMs in production, strong backend skills, and a product mindset to ship impactful tools quickly while maintaining high usability for non-engineers.

Qualifications

• Strong backend experience with scalable platforms.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs in production (agents, tools, search).
• Full-stack capability and UX sense for non-engineers.
• Understanding of identity, authentication and access control.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve Voi’s AI platform and in-house app-building stack.
• Build robust backend services and user-facing features for scalability.
• Develop AI infrastructure such as agentic platforms and knowledge graphs.
• Strengthen security, IAM and audits across the platform.
• Collaborate with AI, platform teams and other stakeholders to ship tools.
