Job summary

Accenture Nordics in Gothenburg is seeking an Automotive Embedded Software Verification Engineer to strengthen our automotive team. You will perform automated testing across SiL, HiL and ViL environments and validate software in pipelines while serving as the on-site interface at client facilities.

Frequent presence at customer sites in Gothenburg is expected, with rights to work in Sweden or EU. You will collaborate with SW developers, analyze results, and contribute to continuous quality

Qualifications

• Experience in embedded software testing across SIL, HiL and ViL environments.
• Proficiency in C++ language for embedded systems.
• Strong skills in Pytest and Python for test automation.
• Understanding of ECU architecture and embedded systems concepts.
• Experience with CI/CD using GitHub Actions.
• Ability to debug with various tools and analyze logs/trace data.
• Testing experience with CAN/LIN/Ethernet protocols and OBD/Diagnostics.
• Knowledge of SOC/MCU integration and software-hardware interfaces.
• Excellent communication in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain automated test cases using a Pytest-based framework.
• Perform testing across components, integration and system levels.
• Execute and debug tests in SIL, HiL and ViL environments.
• Analyse test results, logs and measurement data to identify defects.
• Debug issues in collaboration with software developers.
• Maintain test data, configurations and parameterization.
• Serve as on-site technical liaison at customer facilities; support integration and verification.
• Facilitate issue identification, debugging and feedback to development teams.
• Provide hands-on support for software flashing and configuration.
