Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Automotive Embedded Software Verification Engineer in Gothenburg. This role entails hands-on software testing across different environments, ensuring software quality while providing direct support at client sites. Successful candidates will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in embedded software testing and must be fluent in English.

You will write automated tests, collaborate with developers, and provide on-site technical liaison, all while being part of a dynamic automotive team.

Qualifications

• 5 or more years in embedded software testing in customer-facing roles.
• Experience in testing SIL, HIL, and VIL environments.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain automated test cases using a Pytest based framework.
• Execute and debug tests in various environments.
• Facilitate rapid issue identification and resolution at customer facilities.

Skills

Embedded software testing experience

C++ proficiency

Expertise in Pytest and Python automation

Understanding of embedded systems

CI/CD: GitHub, GitHub Actions

Debugging tools experience

Testing experience with CAN/LIN/Ethernet
