Job summary

Cubane Solutions AB is seeking an experienced logistics professional to lead development and optimization of warehouse processes and material flows in Sweden. You will drive automation projects and coordinate with WCS and related systems to ensure successful ramp-ups and stable operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in logistics, industrial engineering, supply chain, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant logistics experience.
Experience in warehouse operations, logistics development, or warehouse automation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

Develop and optimize warehouse processes and material flows.
Drive implementation and commissioning of highly automated warehouse solutions.
Develop logistics concepts, storage strategies, and replenishment flows.
Work with Warehouse Control Systems (WCS) and related logistics systems.
Support ramp-up and stabilization of new warehouse operations.
Collaborate with production, automation, IT/OT, and external suppliers.
Develop and improve logistics standards, methods, and best practices.
Support integration of automated material handling and transportation solutions.
