Job summary

Scania Group is seeking a Logistics Development Engineer for Engine Manufacturing to drive automation and digitalization of material flows. You will work with a cross-functional team across Scania production units and global partners to optimize logistics processes and implement future material flows.

You hold an engineering degree and have about 3 to 5 years of experience in logistics development, with strong English communication for international collaboration.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics development preferred.
• Strong English communication in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in startup meetings, project meetings, and risk assessments.
• Handle supplier quotations and review technical requirement specifications.
• Support logistics development activities connected to automation and material flow improvements.
• Collaborate with support functions including work environment, finance, HR, production engineers and team leaders.
