Job summary

Academic Work Sweden AB invites an experienced Mid-Level Audio & Acoustics Engineer to design, integrate, and deliver advanced audio solutions for international client projects. You will work with a cross-functional team across mechanics, electronics, and radio to ensure seamless integration of audio technologies.

Responsibilities include hands-on lab measurements, Python-based test automation, data analysis, and direct engagement with US-based clients to define needs and propose solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar audio engineering or acoustics role.
• Strong English communication, written and verbal.
• Programming in Python for test automation.
• Strong understanding of analog and digital audio systems.
• Hands-on measurement experience with audio instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Design, integrate, and deliver advanced audio solutions for global projects.
• Perform hands-on laboratory measurements and software-based test automation.
• Develop and automate audio tests primarily using Python.
• Analyze measurement data and present findings to stakeholders.
• Engage with US-based clients to identify needs and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with mechanics, radio/antenna, and electronics teams in cross-functional projects.
• Support sales and project management with technical feasibility assessments.
• Design and integrate advanced audio components into hardware projects.
