Job summary

Pacera is seeking an experienced Atlassian Solution Architect & Platform Owner to lead the design, governance, and continuous improvement of our Atlassian platform, including Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management, with integrations and AI capabilities.

You will serve as both the technical authority and platform owner, collaborating with IT, development teams, and business stakeholders to deliver a scalable Atlassian environment that supports growth, security, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience administering and architecting Atlassian environments.
• Deep expertise in Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale Atlassian implementations and transformations.
• Strong understanding of IT Service Management processes and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain enterprise-scale Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management solutions.
• Maintain and define platform architecture, data structures, workflows, and governance models.
• Develop and maintain integrations with platforms such as GitHub, Netsuite, Hubspot, EntraID, Microsoft 365, and other business-critical systems.
• Lead change management, user adoption, training initiatives, and platform communication.
