• Several years of Atlassian administration and architecture experience.
• Deep expertise in Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale Atlassian implementations.
• Strong IT Service Management knowledge and best practices.
• Experience designing integrations using APIs and automation.
• Security, identity management, compliance, and governance knowledge.
• Experience managing stakeholders across tech and business.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain enterprise-scale Jira, Confluence, and JSM solutions.
• Define platform architecture, data structures, workflows, and governance models.
• Develop integrations with GitHub, Netsuite, Hubspot, EntraID, Microsoft 365, and other systems.
• Drive automation, workflow optimisation, and process standardisation across departments.
• Ensure platform scalability, performance, and alignment with objectives.
• Ensure a financially healthy Atlassian environment.
• Own the overall health, availability, performance, and security of the Atlassian platform.
• Manage vendor relationships, licensing, renewals, and cost optimisation.
• Evaluate and govern Marketplace apps and third‑party integrations.
• Establish lifecycle management, data retention, and governance standards.
• Ensure regulatory and security compliance including GDPR.
• Lead change management, user adoption, and training initiatives.
• Lead AI implementation, governance, and data source maintenance.
